“Graham is extremely knowledgeable in the area of client facing applications and has taken on a lot more responsibilities recently within the SMS and MMS VAS area. He is a pleasure to work with, a team player and very helpful.”

Here's how you can showcase your leadership potential as a mid-career professional in Mobile Applications.
If your goal is to move into a leadership position, then being seen to be sharing your experience and nurturing growth in others can be a huge benefit. Talk to your manager and get their buy-in for you to be spending some of your time this way and report back to make sure they are aware of the contributions you’re making. Make sure you emphasise the improvements the team is making, not just the work you are doing. As you grow your mentoring credentials, use these conversations as an opportunity to explore areas you would to be mentored in yourself (such as leadership skills). This eases them into the idea of you having both the potential and the motivation to become a leader.

What do you do if you need to master data migration in data architecture?
The key to a successful data migration project is to understand what the data is and (even more importantly) how it is used and by who. Invest in the technology and skills needed to build a comprehensive understanding of your data space and only then start to decompose it into manageable migration activities. Where you have multiple systems using the same data, pay special attention to access and synchronisation issues. If multiple vendors are going to be involved then check their understanding of which system “owns” which pieces of data and work from a single shared vocabulary which describes the data itself.
