With the new issue of Freelancer Magazine almost ready to drop, let’s rewind to when issue 5 landed back in May 2022... Alongside the usual mix of excellent content and freelancers that make this essential mag for freelancers what it is, this issue was extra special (imho). Why? Because inside its hallowed pages, there was a whole double-page spread dedicated to… ME! A good chat with Editor, Sophie Cross, turned into another instalment of the super-helpful ‘How do I...’ feature. And this issue’s topic was about writing the About page on your website. I explained why it’s usually so bloody hard to write your own before sharing some tips on what to include – and what not to include.
