They will be failed if the supply doesn't meet the demand, the above figures suggest words and actions are currently out of sync.

Just seen a trainee recruitment position that has a 4 stage interview process 😨 I'm sorry, but are we expecting trainees to produce a business plan on how they will grow revenue for the company with zero experience?📚​ Unless one of the stages include having to bench press, squat and deadlift your desired salary, then it's ridiculous ​🏋🏼​ Interviews for trainee positions should be a maximum of two stages.
