How can you compare data analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Google Analytics?
Don’t start with a short list of technologies, especially two apples and an orange. Define your vision in relation to a business strategy, look at internal and external drivers of change, and hone in on your stakeholders objectives. Dive seep into target user personas and use cases, then understand and weight the critical capabilities you need. Consider the overall ability to execute and completeness of vision of the vendors. Do a proof of concept with real data, and assess the value, getting end-user feedback. Maximise the reversibility of your decision.
