“What’s their rate?” 😤 Short answer -€650 per day. Detailed response…. Where is the job? What does in entail? What else is provided? Value of the job? Responsibilities? Is it an all in rate? Where is the project up to? How many people under their remit? Rotations on offer? Etc etc etc. Hiring manager - If you cannot answer the above at the beginning but still expect a figure, please don’t expect their not to be changes to the rate towards the end. Short term pain at the beginning, long term gain towards the end OR the opposite should you choose that route! #construction #rates

🖋️ How to Improve Your CV 🖋️ Reviewing CVs is a big part of my role, and over time, I've identified a few key elements that clients consistently look for qualities that can significantly increase your chances of moving forward in the interview process. One common issue I see in many CVs is that candidates list the technologies they've worked with in a separate section but don’t integrate this information into the descriptions of their specific roles or projects. Clients often comment that a candidate's profile seems interesting, but they want more detail on how and when specific technologies were used in a project. To address this, I highly recommend including a brief description of your role in each project, along with the specific technologies you utilized in that context.
