Radiator Analysis Post-Erosion Testing 🔧At Young Calibration, we perform radiator analysis following OEM procedures after erosion testing. Using bespoke erosion rigs, we test with customer-specified fluids, temperatures up to 120°C, and flow rates up to 250 litres per minute. Our tests include constant flow or flow-to-stagnation setups. After testing, radiators are sectioned, cast in resin, and analysed for erosion and tube degradation, ideal for DV/PV analysis.
