  • Curious about how Competency Frameworks can Unlock Organisational Potential? Competency frameworks are strategic tools that enhance employee engagement and optimise talent management by outlining each role's essential skills and behaviours. They provide clear performance expectations and create a common language to drive organisational alignment and success. Key Benefits include:  - Recruitment & Onboarding: Structured job descriptions and interviews.  - Performance Management: Objective, evidence-based feedback.  - Learning & Development: Identification of skills gaps.  - Succession Planning: Mapping talent pipelines.  - Culture Building: Reinforces organisational values. Competency frameworks ensure clarity, engagement, and goal alignment while promoting agility in dynamic markets. Additionally, they support compliance, offering fair, evidence-based performance assessments that are vital under the Employment Rights Bill. Learn how to integrate competency frameworks into your performance management strategies, unlocking potential and safeguarding against risk in this helpful blog by Karen Velasco, Associate Consultant, Working Transitions. Working Transitions also offers customised frameworks to boost performance. Contact us at [email protected] or 01604 744101. https://lnkd.in/eWHCPRbz

  • What if you could turn Senior Executives affected by redundancy into lifelong advocates for your organisation? How we part ways with employees can be as impactful as how we onboard them. Offering Executive Outplacement services is a strategic move that can turn departing executives into lifelong advocates for your organisation. Here are four reasons how: 1. Preserving Relationships: Supporting transitions shows that your organisation values its people beyond their tenure, fostering goodwill and strong professional relationships. 2. Enhancing Reputation: Executives who feel supported are more likely to speak positively about your organisation, enhancing your industry reputation. 3. Boosting Morale: Current employees note how the organisation treats their colleagues. A supportive Outplacement program can boost morale and reinforce a positive company culture. 4. A robust Outplacement program can set you apart in attracting top talent, demonstrating that you are a caring and responsible employer. The truth is, everyone needs a coach now and again. To support your senior leaders to thrive at all stages of the career journey, contact Clare Cowan for advice or a no-obligation chat at [email protected]/ 01604 744101

  • If you knew the exact measures and support you could put in place to hold onto a valued employee, wouldn't you want to put them in place? Karen Velasco shared some jaw-dropping reminders with the Working Transitions team yesterday in our CPD workshop centred around coaching practices to support neurodiverse clients through career transitions and professional development — including stats from a recent Neurodiversity at Work* survey regarding neurodiversity inclusion provision in UK businesses. The survey showed that with tailored adjustments and support, 72.1% of neurodiverse employees are very likely, or likely, to stay in their current position. Yet, this figure drops to 31.6% without tailored support and adjustments. This stat reminded us of the significant positive impact tailored coaching and support can have on retention rates. And that loyalty is high among neurodiverse employees if organisations can uncover and implement the factors influencing their workplace experience. Get in touch to speak to us about how we can help you support your employees with bespoke support tailored to individual needs.
