How do Lenders assess Ltd Company Director Income? There are two ways lender’s assess income for Ltd Company Directors, they will either take your Salary plus Dividends OR they will take your Share of the Company Profit plus your Salary. It's not just parents facing the choice of state v private. In light of the increasing costs of the Teachers' Pension Scheme, understandably, many independent schools have had to withdraw from the scheme. Teachers are now having to navigate the increasingly complex world of retirement planning.
