We are excited to share some project progress photos from our Kelvin Energy from Waste project in the West Midlands. Our team at Kelvin has been hard at work implementing new electrical, instrumentation & control systems at Enfinium’s new Energy Recovery facility. The site's geographical constraints require careful planning and coordination to transport and install large scale equipment. Maintaining high safety standards has been paramount throughout the construction phase, with continuous monitoring and adaptation to evolving site conditions. The facility, once completed, will stand as one of the most advanced energy recovery plants in the region, with a capacity to process hundreds of thousands of tonnes of waste annually. VVB Engineering’s Highways sector attended the annual Highways UK Conference and Exhibition held over the past few days at the NEC in Birmingham. We had a fantastic time and were particularly impressed by the advancements in Intelligent Transport Systems and the latest technologies being implemented to mobility pricing, clean air zones, driver safety and digitalisation of construction processes. It was great to reconnect with our clients and partners and explore new opportunities for collaboration.
