What an absolute honour to be the very FIRST 🥇 external organisation to be awarded a prestigous ⭐SUPERSTAR⭐ Cost Improvement Partner certificate from United Lincolnshire Hospitals. Having recently awarded UK Mail its contract they visited our Leeds Sortation Centre ✉️ and met the local operational team. Passion, knowledge, enthusiasm and professionalism oozed out of the team and we are thrilled to receive the recognition 📣. Great job 👏 Tony Drew and Gaenor smith and the local team, and thank you 🙏 @United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.

Brits are longing for the return of direct mail. That's according to a new study by sales technology specialist Sopro. The report reveals that email-only campaigns have seen a sharp decline in success in the past 12 months, with a 22% drop in success rates for email-only activity in 2023 compared to 2022. Meanwhile, nearly one in five (18%) consumers want to be contacted by post, which is more than double the number in the previous year. This shows that personalised direct mail is still highly valuable for intelligent prospecting. The study follows the IPA Bellwether report which revealed that direct marketing spend, dominated by direct mail, saw its biggest increase in nearly 20 years. #directmarketing #directresponse #directmailworks #directmailcampaigns #directmail

Who's afraid of the big bad "adjustment"? Royal Mail are currently offering a "Mailmark Amnesty", running all the way to November 2024 and allowing for companies or brands that want all the benefits of Mailmark, but have been put off by stories of scary adjustment charges. Modern parlance ... let's call it a safe-space - the amnesty allows for testing and improvement of compliance, with a greatly reduced risk of suffering for committing fixable errors. Here at UK Mail, we are ready to guide you and assist in getting all the information you need to implement your testing programme, and partner with brands and mail producers to create compliant, efficient, data-rich and trackable mail that performs as it should - and to keep it on the right path going forward. Get in touch to find out how ... What do you have to lose? ... nothing right now! #ukmail #royalmail #mailmark #safespace

As it's getting close to that time, I thought I'd get my greeting out there while a few people are at least still checking in to their LinkedIn profile 😉 but hey; don't leave it too late to make time for family, fun and festive cheer in whatever form floats your boat! Hope you all have a happy and peaceful Christmas, followed by a successful and prosperous New Year in 2024! I'm here and listening for sleigh bells ... er ... phone calls, sorry, until tomorrow evening and then ... It's the Big Ho Ho and we'll see you on the other side! Have a ball y'all and stay safe! 🎄 🎄 🎄 #christmas2023 #ukmail #newyear2024
