  • We are extremely proud to share the excellent achievements of the first cohort of T Levels completers, following statistics released by the Department for Education: 🔵 Almost all are in education or employment, with 44% pursuing a university degree, 40% engaged in paid work, and 13% embarking on an apprenticeship journey. 🔵 Destination paths varied by T Level route, showcasing tailored opportunities. For instance, Education and Childcare learners predominantly pursue paid work or degree study, while Construction learners often transition into paid work or apprenticeships. 🔵 Impressively, nearly three-quarters of apprenticeship-bound T Level completers advanced to Higher or Degree apprenticeships, highlighting the programme's effectiveness in fostering progression. We were also delighted to hear that students were enjoying their studies, showing how T Levels can foster a positive learning environment whilst upskilling our future generations. 🚀 Over a quarter of T Level completers in paid work or an apprenticeship reported that they had continued working for the organisation that provided their T Level industry placement. 🚀 Three-quarters of T Level completers had remained in the general field of their T Level, including the majority of those who were currently studying. Over half of learners had remained within their T Level occupational specialism. Subjects such as animal management and cyber security have the potential to attract a new cohort of students who may not have engaged with the qualification before. This session will look at how T Levels, old and new, can attract underrepresented people and particularly young women to take up these qualifications and, how employers can retain them after completing their courses. 🔗 Confirm your attendance using the following link: https://lnkd.in/ec2Meb2Y Join us for interesting discussion into the transformative potential T Levels offer to students and how we can ensure they reach as many people as possible.
