Navigating the link between nutrition, the brain and behaviour, and enabling at-risk groups to make healthier choices.

About us

Think Through Nutrition has been the UK’s leading voice on the link between nutrition, the brain and behaviour for 40 years. Our mission is to address the increasing mental health and behavioural issues linked to poor diets by delivering nutrition education in prisons, schools and other environments, spearheading research and creating resources, influencing policy and championing change. Through our primary campaigns, we aim to: - Transform mental health in prisons and post-release, reducing reoffending - Unlock the potential of children in care - Support the wellbeing of women whose children are in care - Equip food-insecure communities with the tools they need to create a better quality of life
