Developed in conjunction between the NAA and sustainability experts A Greener Future (AGF), the Green Guide will be reviewed annually as the live industry continues to adapt to the demands and opportunities of social and environmental sustainability. This week, our award-winning roofwalk attraction Up at The O2 has announced the launch of the UK’s highest snow globe, opening on the roof of The O2 from 22 November through to 5 January 2025. An ‘winter wonderland’ experience like no other, climbers will enter an immersive snow globe when they reach the 52m high summit, complete with fairytale-like falling snow, the sweet smell of cookies, and a whimsical winter set-up. During an extended 25 minutes on the roof, climbers will have plenty of time to capture the ultimate photo moments against the backdrop of the London skyline, and will also be treated to a delicious gingerbread cookie to enjoy. This week, we're welcoming stars of the West End to the roof, with Up at The O2 hosting a series of musical performances for climbers to enjoy. The sky-high performances will feature a mix of musical classics, popular medleys and rock-inspired hits, all delivered in stunning four-part harmonies and against the backdrop of the London skyline. The Stars of the West End will take to the roof on September 19 and 20, and September 26 and 27, performing during select Twilight Climbs at 7pm, 7.30pm and 8pm.
