Schools have a critical role to play in empowering young people to make responsible decisions. One of the biggest issues that schools must address is the use of drugs and alcohol among young people. As educators and role models, it is vital that teachers equip students with the knowledge and resources to resist the pressures of drug and alcohol use. Preventing substance use in schools requires a multi-faceted approach; however, the first step in any strategy is awareness. Teachers and school staff must be well-informed on the signs and symptoms of drug abuse, in order to provide effective intervention strategies. Our online training course is designed to inform and empower teachers with the knowledge of drug and alcohol use among young people. The course covers an array of important topics, such as the risks of substance use, how to recognise drug and alcohol use, and how to respond appropriately to substance use. We believe that by educating teachers on how to manage and prevent substance misuse, we can help ensure every student makes safe, healthy choices. The course is available for both Primary and Secondary Education, to sign up today visit the link in our bio! #saferschools #substanceabuseawareness #empoweringstudents #education #educationtraining #youngpeople #secondaryeducation #onlinetraining #facetoface #learning #onlinecourses #training #trainingcourses

As gender identity issues have become better-understood, the number of children being diagnosed with gender dysphoria has increased dramatically. In response to this, many schools are now implementing policies specifically to tackle gender discrimination and transphobia. However, many teachers feel they have not received adequate training to be able to navigate key gender issues. Our online training course is the perfect resource for teachers and school staff to further their understanding of gender identity. The online course sheds light on key topics, such as 0gender discrimination, children’s rights, and inclusivity in schools. By providing teachers with the knowledge and resources to recognise transphobia and advocate for students, we hope to help ensure that all students feel safe and supported, regardless of gender. Bullying is a persistent issue in schools across the UK, and is known to have a detrimental effect on pupils’ academic success. Secondary schools have a duty to ensure that all students have access to a safe learning environment in which they feel secure and supported. Spotting the signs of bullying often requires skill and expertise, which is why effective training is essential. Our training course highlights the many forms of bullying, and the impact that bullying has on a student’s mental health. The course also explores the role of school staff in preventing bullying, and how to implement a zero tolerance to bullying policy. By equipping teachers with the skills and knowledge to recognise and respond to bullying, our online training aims to make schools a safer environment for all.
