🌊The recent floods in Nepal devastated 21 districts affecting around 135,000 people. In response, Start Fund Nepal members ActionAid Nepal, Catholic Relief Services, World Vision International Nepal and ACTION CONTRE LA FAIM (Action Against Hunger Nepal) stepped up to assist communities in 11 local levels across 9 districts. Four different consortia led by the members supported approximately 🏠 40,000 affected people in total. ✅Together with their implementing partners, they distributed cash grants, provided food support, and delivered hygiene, shelter and kitchen kits to the affected families. The communities also received psychosocial counselling and participated in spiritual healing sessions. Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office Start Network
