The Red Rock Awards 🏆 Last week, we hosted the annual Red Rock Awards at our offices, celebrating the incredible, hilarious, and downright questionable moments our team has shared over the past year. The event, led by our Managing Director Paul James, featured a range of awards that recognised the standout achievements of individuals throughout the year. It was fantastic to see our team members bask in their well-deserved spotlight as they accepted their awards. With pride, laughter, and plenty of surprises in the air, the night was one to remember. There is just a week left of the year now before closing for Christmas. Which is always a good time to look back on what we have achieved as a business this year. - Launched our IT services offering and started our move into the world of MSP - We've completed (mostly) a rebrand working alongside Dawn including the lovely https://red-rock.uk/ - Moved our communications to #Teams. - Changed our CRM to HaloPSA. - Started working with Atera for remote management and access. - Forged a partnership with the IT & managed services guru super champion Lee Wrall. - Brought onboard the award-winning Jason Yeoman. - Hired the heroine of Halo Hannah Martin (who needs to spend the Xmas break re-evaluating some life choices). - We had the first Red Rock baby (well that was mostly down to Sarah Chapman). - And Elle, Vicky, Kian, Manny, Sid, and Chris for all their hard work throughout the year. Thanks to Kristen Cunliffe DipPFS CeFC MBit for all the fun and amazing financial education, John Townsend for his financial help and also his mentoring of the best AAT student in the whole damn world, Kelly Gray, Clare Davis & Paul Hamlin MA at the The Growth Company for their help in a multitude of areas, David Poxon for understanding it's my business and I make the decisions 🤣 😂, High Performance Consultancy for all the HR and H&S advice to keep us on the straight and narrow, and Dean Kleban for his never-ending mission to promote #tamesidebusiness. And finally, of course, all of our customers, suppliers, and partners, without whom, everything would be a bit pointless! See you all in 2025 for what promises to be quite a year.
