𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰: 𝗔 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 As we conclude 2024, the Projecting Success team is proud to share some of our key achievements and milestones from this transformative year: 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁:𝗛𝗮𝗰𝗸 This year, we hosted Project:Hack at Rolls-Royce Royce in Derby and The University of Sheffield, bringing together professionals and enthusiasts to tackle real-world project management challenges through data-driven solutions. The event highlighted the power of collaboration and innovation in our industry. 𝗧𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 Our CEO, Martin Paver, continued to lead discussions on data-driven project delivery, from speaking at the Project Controls Expo UK, to featuring on the Project Flux podcast and many more! 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 We expanded our YouTube channel, offering a range of educational webinars and hackathon pitch videos to support the continuous learning of our community. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 Our Project Data Analytics Community grew to over 10,000 members, fostering collaboration between project management professionals and data scientists, launching Project:Womxn at the end of the year. This vibrant community is at the forefront of driving innovation in project delivery. 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 Martin authored insightful books on Next Generation PMOs and Risk Management, providing valuable guidance on integrating advanced data analytics into project management practices. We extend our heartfelt thanks to our employer partners, clients, and the entire Project Data Analytics Community for their support throughout 2024. About us
We provide exciting apprenticeship and training courses to enhance businesses and upskill individual learners! As both project and data experts we are uniquely positioned to exploit the latest advancements in data science to leverage the rich seam of hard won experience to increase delivery confidence and predict issues before they arise. We are providing thought leadership to transform an entire industry. In 2017 we recognised that we could not deliver this vision alone. We would need to mobilise a movement. In Dec 2017 we proudly founded the project data analytics community which has since grown to thousands. We also founded Project:Hack a community project data based hackathon. Inspiring a community. We exploit the very latest techniques in AI and machine learning to leverage the knowledge and insights from a vast array of interconnected project data; identifying and joining dots in a way that until recently would have been unimaginable. This has the potential to transform how organisations develop their project delivery capability and in our opinion will deliver the most significant change to project delivery in a generation. Projecting Success are helping to shape the thinking on what is an incredibly complex but hugely exciting emergent capability. Examples include extracting real time insights from market and contract data, integrating this with tender documentation and aligning the rich seam of bid data that exists within organisations. We also provide tailored insights on the profitability and delivery challenges from previous projects and use the insights from this experience to shape future bids; an intelligent and adaptive bid management capability. The capability then extends into intelligent scheduling, using deep learning to identify correlations in performance across each element of the work breakdown structure, across thousands of projects. But that is just the tip of the iceberg. Our capabilities are truly revolutionary.
