I’m delighted to share that UK organisation @PetInstincts is one of eight start-ups from across the globe, selected as part of this year’s Unleashed by Purina accelerator programme. Each start-up involved in the programe is provided with a personalised scaling package that includes business and technology assistance tailored to their specific stage of growth, and I’m very proud that a number of our UK Purina team are lending their expertise and insight as mentors and coaches to the organisations. PetInstincts specialise in smart enrichment tools for easier and happier lives for pets and their owners. As we navigate a post-pandemic world, support for pets and their owners is more important than ever. With many pet owners returning to offices, their innovative use of tech solutions to make sure our pets are happy if we can’t be with them all the time is so valuable. Pet Instincts has been UNLEASHED by Purina 🚀 So far our collaboration has seen Pet Instincts reach new heights in our levels of exposure, consumer engagement, and product development! We recently had the privilege of being invited to the Nestlé training centre and HQ in Switzerland, where the full international cohort of startups, Purina Champs and Stakeholders/Supporters were gathered to celebrate and kick off the programme ⭐ It's been such a humbling experience to have met such a passionate group of disruptors and innovators in the pet industry. In just 4 days we went from being strangers to goofing around between work sessions, meeting at sunrise for ungodly cold plunges in the river, to having midnight strolls discussing the potential for the future. I'm so grateful for the friendships and bonds that we've all developed within our Unleashed community and love that it took nearly 80 speeches at the final dinner (with everyone almost going twice 😆) to realise just how special this group of people are. Amazing day at #crufts2024 today! We love dogs and so we love Crufts and the people there! Packed full of activities like agility, flyball, obedience demos and competitions, show dogs of 100s of different pure breeds, the atmosphere was electrifying, exciting and so positive! What we even loved more was meeting up with UNLEASHED by Purina startups, Breedera - Dog Breeding App and Pet Instincts, Nestlé Purina PetCare (UK) Limited colleagues and a bonus meetup with Lupa, with their software updates!
