💥 Launch of the DELICIOUS Project! 🚀 We are thrilled to officially announce the launch of Delicious project, a pioneering initiative aimed at transforming the future of plant-based dairy!🧀 🍶 With a 🤝 consortium of 17 leading organisations from 9 countries across Europe, including research centres, universities, SMEs, clusters, and associations, Delicious is set to revolutionise sustainable food systems. ⌛ Over the next 4 years, we will leverage advanced 🔬 #microbialfermentation, #bioinformatics, and 👨🍳 #culinary expertise to develop plant-based dairy alternatives that deliver on #taste, #texture, #nutrition, and #sustainability, all while reducing environmental impact.
