Parenthood isn't slowing us down at Paddock Capital - another lovely review from one of our clients, who was looking to buy out a business partner. This may not have been the quickest facility, but that's not always what it's about. Daddy is unbelievably proud of both his girls 👶🏼 Paddock Capital will still be supporting partners and clients - in between Daddy duties - but you’ll forgive me if ‘Inside the Paddock’ take a short break… No one wants to see this sleep deprived face! 😴

‘Every deal matters’ ⭐️ This week perfectly reinforced the fact that every single deal we do matters, not just to us, but crucially to the small business owners we support. “The stress around finance has now been lifted” That wasn’t a quote from the client we did the largest facility for this week, but instead from a business owner who is going to benefit massively from the invoice finance solution we’ve put in place for them. Every deal. Every pound. Every facility. They all matter. Not just to Paddock Capital, but to the business owners we’re supporting.

"I would recommend them without reservation." Honesty. Transparency. Service. It's always lovely to hear what our clients think of us, and even better when their experience proves that our values are coming through in what we deliver. ‘How much?!’ 🤬 It’s time to talk about how much brokers make. This week, I wanted to address the issue of broker commissions, and making these transparent to clients. Transparency is one of key principles at Paddock Capital, and I firmly believe it’s one of our USPs. You may have seen in the news that broker commissions, particular in the motor finance world, have come under scrutiny for not being presented transparently to clients. We believe that every client deserves to know exactly how much they’re being charged by their broker, and we make sure this is clear upfront on every deal - ensuring that a client understands the value we add, and how we make our money. It’s not just crucial for building trust with a client, and ensuring we uphold lender terms and conditions, it’s quite simply the right thing to do.
