Since graduating, Kieran has built hands-on expertise in both traditional energy and decarbonisation projects at nexos and now on the Torus contract. Achieving IChemE chartership required extensive dedication, including numerous hours outside of work compiling reports and undergoing rigorous assessment. Kieran’s achievement stands as a powerful example of one of nexos' core values: “Inspire Creativity and Hunger.” His journey from graduate engineer to chartered professional shows what’s possible when drive and a commitment to professional growth are encouraged and supported.
