As we approach the end of 2024, it's the perfect time to reflect on a year marked by significant milestones. This year, we proudly celebrated two decades of supporting client success. Without our ongoing commitment to an open and honest approach, the long-term, truly collaborative relationships with our clients, and the privilege to have worked with some of the finest talents in the region, this would not have been possible. And back in August, we achieved something extraordinary: managing £50 billion in savings balances on behalf of our clients and their customers. This accomplishment shows, perhaps more than anything, that our focus is always on client growth and that we never take the trust placed in us as a leading savings management platform for granted. These achievements are absolutely a testament to the hard work and dedication of our talented team. As we look ahead, we remain committed to investing in our operations, technology, and people to ensure scalability and sustained growth. We will also continue to deliver exceptional service and support, partnering with our clients to help them achieve their goals. Absolutely love working for Newcastle Strategic Solutions. The opportunity to use 2 community days per year to give back to our local charities is invaluable. Smart Works Newcastle help coach and prepare unemployed woman who need a little support getting into or back into the world of work. A huge 69% are successful and are offered a role within the first month. Rachel Brown and I spent some time Smart Works Newcastle today sorting through clothes donations to help those looking for work and in need of help with interview/work attire.
