Dear Connections, I am delighted to announce the forthcoming conference organized by the KCL Neuroscience Society, scheduled for the 7th of March. In an era where neurotechnology is gaining increasing prominence, we take immense pride in hosting one of the few neurotechnology events in London, following the esteemed Francis Crick Institute and BNA. Our society's innovative approach has garnered attention not only from our department but also from esteemed professors within the field. We are excited to provide a platform that fosters discussions and insights into the cutting-edge advancements shaping neuroscience and neurotechnology today. We are particularly proud of our distinguished panelists and eagerly anticipate engaging in discussions about the future of neuroscience with them. Our conference comprises two panels: Neurotechnology and Mental Health & Technologies. Many of our panelists are young entrepreneurs and serve as great inspirations for aspiring neuroscientists. In the Neurotechnology panel, we are honored to welcome Shivani L., Founder of Brightlobe; Elena Cismigiu, CEO of NeuroXR; and Gillian Koehl, Strategy and Product Manager at Blackrock Neurotech. In the Mental Health & Technologies panel, we are privileged to host Professor Til Wykes, Head of School for Mental Health and Psychology at IoPPN; Edwin Wong, CEO of Psyrin; and Emilė R., CEO of Samphire Neuroscience.
