Last month our logistics team took part in a fundraising event for the Great Western Air Ambulance Charity which is based near our Bristol depot ❤️   To say thank you, the charity invited the team along to their base to find out more about what they do and how donations are used 👏   As part of our Sustainability Action Plan, we’re always delighted to support our local communities and causes – especially those like the GWAAC which carry out amazing, life-saving work 🚁   #StrongerCommunities #GreatWesternAirAmbulanceCharity #GWAAC #communitypartnerships

Last week, three members of our Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage (REACH) Employee Resource Group shared their own personal stories and experiences of the recent race riots.   Our incredible colleagues Fealicia Greenland, Dinesh Badan and Sharlene Harrison were joined by Elaine dela Cruz from Project 23, showing great courage and vulnerability which left other colleagues humbled.   At Müller UK & Ireland we want to create happy, healthy lives for everyone and, for us, this starts with our people. Hearing these honest stories from our colleagues was impactful and has facilitated some important conversations around the importance of equity, diversity and inclusion. Together, we can all take actions to support each other and ensure Müller is a great place to be – for everyone.   As Sharlene said last week, there are no rules: we all just have to show a little bit of care and empathy to each other ❤   #equity #diversity #inclusion #REACH #ERG
