📢Meet our Keynote Speakers!📢 We are delighted to announce our two #keynote #speakers for our CORE Information Retrieval Forum 2025🙌 ⭐Judy Wright is the Senior Information Specialist at the University of Leeds, leading a team of information specialists! She is a systematic reviewer undertaking #evidence #syntheses for #research projects funded by national funders such as NIHR (National Institute for Health and Care Research) and charities such as Cancer Research UK (CRUK). For over 20 years Judy has gained experience and expertise in both doing and teaching literature searching to support different types of syntheses. ⭐Su Golder is a an Associate Professor within the Health Services and Policy Research group in the Department of Health Sciences at University of York. She has a background as an information specialist with over 25 years' experience in literature searching. She has specialist expertise in systematic review methodology, systematic reviews of adverse effects and using social media as a data source. Come to do a Child Health Trials Methodology PhD with us! A very exciting opportunity to grow as a leader in child health and trials, working alongside the best minds in the field. Our CHISEL project (with Methodology Incubator) identified Top10 key methodological challenges we need to address to increase the number and quality of child health trials. This PhD opportunity will now begin to address one of these priorities. Based within the MRC Trials Methodology Research Partnership (TMRP), you'll be embedded in a strong cohort and have opportunities to collaborate widely across organisations. For your project, you will work with us, using the CHESS trial as your platform, a landmark cluster RCT of 40 NHS organisations providing community therapy for young children.
