“Collaborating with Meantime on this project was an absolute dream. Joe and the team elevated our brief into a breathtakingly beautiful piece of filmmaking. Every detail, from the initial concept to the final sound design, was crafted with meticulous care and creativity” Jack S. had moved on from his post at Habitat for Humanity International before the film was fully launched. But before he left we manage to ask for a cheeky quote 💙 Check out some still from the final film below!

🎬 Behind the Scenes of The Way Home Filming The Way Home for Habitat for Humanity was a journey like no other—creatively ambitious and physically demanding, set against the stunning yet unforgiving wilderness of Canada’s Northwest Territories. With temperatures dropping to an unimaginable -45°C, the production tested the resilience of both equipment and crew. At these extremes, everything becomes more challenging. Batteries drain in minutes, some even explode. Cameras and lenses struggle to function. For the crew, endurance was key. Wearing heavy thermal gear made every task—from setting up a tripod to adjusting a lens—an intricate challenge requiring patience. It was an unforgettable filmmaking experience. Check out some of the BTS below! #filmmaking #bts

❄️ NEW WORK ❄️ We’re immensely proud to see the launch of The Way Home, for Habitat for Humanity Canada. Directed by our very own Joe Murray, the film is inspired by the unique challenges faced by many Indigenous communities in Canada, whilst celebrating traditions, local language, and a deep connection to the land. Creating The Way Home meant filming under some of the most extreme conditions imaginable. With temperatures plunging to -45°C in the Arctic Circle, Joe and the crew braved the elements to capture the stunning visuals. Stay tuned for BTS later in the week! 🎬 Credits Client: Habitat for Humanity Canada Writers: Trevor Carrol & Joe Murray Director: Joe Murray Post Production: Joe Murray, Luke Billing, Jack P. & Tom Cowles Producer (Habitat): Jack S.

NEW WORK 🌟 We were delighted to welcome Eleria back to Meantime Studio for a new animation project! After successfully establishing their brand look and feel alongside an introductory animation, Eleria entrusted us to create a fun and on-brand how-to-clean animation addressing their top FAQs. The branding design we crafted for Eleria features bold pastels, rich illustrations, complementary fonts, and a fluid logo. These elements come together with a Gen Z-focused animation style to showcase the product in an engaging way. This latest animation continues that vision, adding valuable assets to Eleria’s growing toolkit.
