Celebrating Authentic Malaysian Cuisine in Germany 🇩🇪 It was during the pandemic that I had the pleasure of e-meeting Christopher Aziz Krebs, a talented #German #chef with Malaysian roots. Alongside Todd Lewis, we shared a vision: to bring authentic Malaysian food, culture, and dishes to #Europe, with a special focus on Germany. This vision became a reality in Cologne, where Abang Toto's Malaysian Deli their first restaurant, was born. Fast forward to 2022, I made the journey to Cologne to witness their thriving restaurant business. It’s been incredibly inspiring to see how their dedication to authenticity has resonated with so many. Their hard work has now culminated in the release of their first cookbook, a testament to their commitment to using every ingredient to stay true to #Malaysian 🇲🇾 flavours.
