Thank you ISS Facility Services UK and Livv Workplace for recognising my 10 year service but I would not have given such dedication, loyalty or passion to a company that didn't appreciate and nuture me. I started in a completely different role and I have been able to create my own career path in this company because of it's diverse nature, truly believing in people and giving them every opportunity to reach their potential. For the last five years I have been part of the Livv team and I am very proud of everything this team represents, I'm excited for the future. I’m a firm believer in the power of getting out into our business, meeting people and seeing first-hand all they do to make ISS better and create real value for our customers. That’s why I was delighted to spend a couple of days last week with the team in #Stoke, visiting the first-class office we re-opened there last year. Stoke is a great hub for our UK&I business — and home to our impressive Security Operations Centre (SOC), which delivers tech-enabled services that keep our business, and our clients, safer and more secure. I also spent time reviewing the strategy for our Key Account Network (KAN), which is a unique offering in our market that provides exciting opportunities. To top it all off, I had the privilege of hosting an in-person Town Hall for more than *150* colleagues, sharing key business updates and recognising some of our brilliant placemakers from the Stoke area. Thanks to everyone who shared their time and their insights with me, and a special shout-out to our brilliant Livv Workplace colleagues, who manage the Stoke office, and who made the event such a success.
