Answer Revealed: 100 Embankment, Greengate, Manchester! ⌛✅ As part of the Manchester Greengate regeneration scheme to create a new commercial scheme for the city, 100 Embankment is the second and final phase of the development which sits alongside 101 Embankment. 🏢 Having successfully delivered works on the first phase, we were appointed by BAM to deliver an extensive façade package for 100 Embankment, a nine storey, BREEM Excellent building. Everton FC A superb shot of Everton FC - a state-of-the-art 52,000-seater football stadium situated on the banks of the River Mersey in Liverpool. Our Remit: • Unitised glazing on the north and south elevations, • Perforated concentric barrel vault cladding on the east and west elevations, • BEMO Standing seam roof (UK record length), • Polycarbonate sheeting, • Low level perforated aluminium cladding panels on the building’s perimeter, • Architectural metal work to soffits and surrounding interfaces. The synergy, technical excellence, and collaboration between our dedicated off-site team, the precision installation by our on-site team at Everton, and our close collaboration with Laing O’Rourke ensured a top-quality, off-site manufactured solution delivered ahead of schedule. #EvertonFC #Sunset #Envelope

This project features: ➡️120,000 sq ft of workspace across 8 floors ➡️In-house fitness studio ➡️80-seat auditorium ➡️3,200 NASA-approved air-purifying plants ➡️9,000 sq ft communal Rooftop terrace for relaxation and events and fitness classes.
