Jove demystifies IR35: Part 3 Contractors, when you are working for a client, who decides how the work is done? Do you decide how you do the work? Does the client instruct you on how the work is to be completed? If you’re not being told how to do the work, and are briefed on the desired outcome and left to get on with delivering that outcome ➡️ that points towards a contract for services and being outside IR35.
