Fink, Partner and Head of Real Estate, France at our hosts Taylor Wessing Despite concerns around political risk, the overall view from both the research presentation (link below in the comments) and the Expert Panel was that the market had turned a corner in both France and Europe, with international capital returning and a more positive outlook for 2025. Interesting for the French market that for the first time Paris made up less than 50% of the investment market as #logistics deals lead the way across France.
