The future of residential buildings will be more sustainable and energy-efficient. 🔄 Circular Economy in Construction The concept of "remolition," where every material from a demolished building is reused, is crucial for sustainable construction and waste reduction. 🏭 Transition from Coal Efforts to diversify the energy mix of heating plants in coal-dependent regions are essential for reducing carbon emissions and promoting cleaner energy sources. 🌡️ Cooling Technologies With rising temperatures, energy-efficient cooling systems are becoming more important. These systems can significantly cut energy consumption and costs. 🚗 Electromobility Advancements in electromobility hold promise for sustainable transportation and Skanska will continue to prepare its projects for it. 🏗️ Sustainable Urban Development The focus is on brownfield redevelopment and urban innovations to accommodate growing urban populations sustainably. 🏘️ Affordable Housing Creating affordable housing in large cities amidst stricter regulations and higher energy efficiency standards is challenging but we are not giving up our efforts. 📊 ESG and Reporting Digitalization and AI can streamline ESG data management, helping developers meet sustainability goals more efficiently.
