We're hiring a full-time Solution Development Specialist 📢 IfM Engage is looking for an experienced individual to build upon the excellent work of our current Solution Development team, innovating solutions to client problems and supporting the consultancy network. You’ll help to strengthen links between research and practice teams, and work to create a community of practice where quality is ‘built-in’ from inception. Salary: £48,000-53,000 plus a generous benefits package, including healthcare. Location: This role is based in Cambridge, UK. However, we are open to conversations around flexible working and operate an ‘office first’ hybrid working policy (60% of working time in the office).
