The Hurlingham Polo Association (HPA) is the governing body for polo in the UK, Ireland and many other countries throughout the world. As such, it is responsible for the regulations and rules under which the game is played. This includes the handicapping of any one playing in the U.K. or Ireland, and the fixtures list. The object of the HPA is to further the interests of polo generally and support by all possible means the common interests of its affiliated clubs and associations.

Chestertons Polo in the Park 2024 Friday 7th - Sunday 9th June As the summer event season begins to come to a close, we look back at how Chestertons Polo in the Park kicked off the summer season in style. Sportgate International were thrilled once again to host the world's largest three-day polo and lifestyle event. Hurlingham Park played host to over 28,000 guests and top-tier competitive polo throughout the weekend - a truly unique occasion in the heart of London. On Northern Data Group International Friday, England took on the USA in front of another sold-out VIP village and a packed general admission crowd. The fierce match climaxed with England winning a run down and retaining the Olympic Trophy again for 2024. For the second year running, Ladies Day sponsored by Brutal Fruit Cider & SheerLuxe was a complete sell-out as we welcomed thousands of guests to the home of polo for London’s biggest summer day party. Family & Finals Day rounded up the weekend and a wonderful day was enjoyed by another record crowd, including 2,000 tickets that were gifted to local families and children to relish the spectacular community day at Chestertons Polo in the Park. F.M. Abunayyan, Hill International & Majoris Capital Team Riyadh and Northern Data Group Team London battled it out in four fierce chukkas to determine who would lift the Chestertons Polo in the Park Trophy. Following an intense match with incredible displays of skill and determination, F.M. Abunayyan Team Riyadh emerged victorious and were crowned champions of Chestertons Polo in the Park 2024. Another very special trophy was awarded on International Day at GUARDS POLO CLUB. The Ferguson Trophy is awarded to the best British young player of the year, and for 2024 it was presented to the incredible Milly Hine. Milly has won twice for England this season and has an enviable list of wins to her name. A spectacular day of polo at GUARDS POLO CLUB for International Day saw 🇦🇷 ARGENTINA 🇦🇷 lift the Coronation Cup for an incredible seventh time to extend their unbeaten run, while 🏴 YOUNG ENGLAND 🏴 took the spoils in The Whitbread after an electric match that went right down to the wire.
