Recently, we had an incredible time joining one of our partners, THE GREAT OUTDOOR GYM COMPANY LTD for a Healthy Hearts workshop in Faversham, Kent. Hosted by Kesson Physiotherapy, the workshop brings together members of the local community for regular group exercise on a specially designed outdoor gym. 🏋️♀️🌳 We followed this up with a callisthenics class at another amazing outdoor gym in Holland Park, hosted by callisthenics expert Lee Wade Turner . 🤝Regular exercise is a great way to keep your heart strong and reduce your risk of developing heart diseases – and it’s even better when you’re getting some fresh air too! Special thanks to The Great Outdoor Gym Company, and to JUST STRONG , for providing water bottles for the attendees. 💪❤️ If you are interested in a partnership with Heart Research UK, then please email [email protected]
