On 10 December 2024, this legislation and also those for LLPs, was laid before Parliament and applies for accounting periods commencing on or after 6 April 2025. On Monday we attended the Cardiff Business Club for a special lunch event at Sophia Gardens listening to Stuart George, Managing Director of Bute Energy be interviewed by Sophie Howe discussing sustainable energy solutions, in particular onshore wind opportunities in Wales. With a finance background, Stuart has been central to securing private investment to Wales, with his portfolio generating clean, green energy. Our Cardiff team enjoyed networking with the many representatives there from companies in the local area - a popular event indeed! As our Cardiff team continues to grow, if you would like to learn more about our job vacancies or other opportunities available, please contact: Career opportunities: [email protected] Clients: [email protected] Bruce Black Matthew Cox Alison Townsend Liz Brookes Alastair Milburn Catrin Powney
