To celebrate International Women's Day 2024 this Friday, we've teamed up with all-female team at More Life Adventures for their Barbell Social. With workouts led by Noorin Gulam, Florence W. and Tyla Sullivan, followed by a panel talk with Tess Glynne-Jones, Lucy Joslin, Noorin Gulam and Samantha Williams. With this year's theme being "Inspire Inclusion", we're excited to host the MLA team's event tonight and get women together under our roof to celebrate the power of community and what it means to make the gym a welcoming space for everyone.
