Sharing our favourite tools in 2024 that we use in recruitment and more 🧡 🔸Airtable - our go-to platform for building and managing bespoke systems. We use it for our custom ATS, CRM, KPIs and more. It's very flexible, that's why we love it! 🔸Fillout - a tool that we use to create candidates' and clients' feedback forms, and manage some internal processes. 🔸ChatGPT API - we integrate it into various tools to supercharge our processes like summarising CVs, categorising candidates and generating customised messages. Great news 📰 AI is not going to steal recruiters' jobs (at least not yet), but there are a couple of things that it can help us with 👇 🪄 Improve a candidate matching process with AI Candidate matching in recruitment is often limited by resume filters and keyword-based screening. AI tools can improve candidate matching by moving beyond simple keyword searches to analyze candidate skills, experience, and potential more holistically. Tools like hireEZ or Eightfold scan profiles and rank candidates based on relevant skills, even if they use different terminology. 🪄 Reduce bias with AI Bias in recruitment happens when recruiters, often unconsciously, favour candidates based on things like name, age, gender, or background. AI can reduce bias by anonymizing candidate data and focusing on objective factors like experience, qualifications, and performance metrics. Tools like Harver assess behavioural traits without taking into account demographic factors, while HireVue and Rival anonymize initial candidate information, ensuring that early screening decisions are based purely on skills and fit.
