Today we saw the launch of our brand new Superdrug store in Cheapside in the heart of the City of London. Lots of people to thank that have been involved with this project, including Gordon Brooks & James Waller and the rest of the PM team for delivering such as great looking store. Thanks also to Will Mabbett GCW Property Consultants for his work in agreeing and securing the site and to Thivian Manohar for completing the legals. This was Superdrug final store opening of 2024, and whilst we have a strong pipeline for 2025, we are keen build on this further. What an 18 months it has been Festival Place Basingstoke with 18 new openings. Ranging from Rituals and Sostrene Grene, broadening the tenant mix. F&B has also flourished with Chopstix Group, Slim Chickens UK and Heavenly Desserts UK all now open. In addition, existing tenant wagamama upsizing, building on their success. Overall reflecting in footfall and consumer spend having increased year to date. 2025 is set to move the asset on from strength to strength, with Superbowl UK anchoring the expansion of our leisure offer.
