12 months ago Forces Horizon released the first AI powered digital assistant for service men and women across the U.S. and U.K. 💥 Since then we have travelled across the United States and United Kingdom working with some of the most innovative and established organisations in the space 🫡 This has set the scene for 2025. Right now we offer personalised transition plans, CV and Resume generation, translation and versioning, and a host of other features. This Remembrace Sunday I was in the United States, specifically George Washington’s historic home at Mount Vernon, for the retirement ceremony of the inimitable Colonel Edmund X. Loughran 🫡 Edmund has come to the end of a 26 year career with the U.S. Air Force, the majority spent in Special Warfare, and it has been a genuine and absolute privilege to work with him closely over the past 12 months. It was poignant being in the U.S., our closest military ally, and the service was warm, dignified, and a tribute to all service men and women. Thank you, and congratulations, to Edmund and his wonderful family.

I have been a small business owner for nearly 10 years. I have helped many clients and brands. In the past six months, I embarked on the unknown (for me at least), helping to found a veteran staffing firm, Veteran Hiring Solutions. In the past six months, I have done the most rewarding, and challenging, work of my career. I have experienced many firsts, which, as a person who is 20 years into their professional journey, is refreshing and exhilarating.
