A problem shared is a problem halved? Despite female entrepreneurs generating $1.8T in revenue annually, many face a hidden challenge: professional isolation. This can lead to an increased incidence of anxiety, burnout or quitting too soon. The lack of representation in leadership roles, limited access to mentorship networks or the ability to find a relatable community can create barriers to growth and success. Todays budget was a monumental one in two ways. 1. On a positive note, it the first ever budget from our first ever female Chancellor since the role was created 800 years ago. 2. On the flip side, and far less positive, the £40bn of tax rises will have huge implications for businesses - specifically SMEs.
