Sampling at Soho House & Co has been the biggest high point in the Feisty journey. The sodas have made a KILLER impact on the SH members and team, as people chant ‘NO FRIGGIN’ WHEY’ Customers love the refreshing fruity taste and can’t believe there’s 12g plant protein in it!? Feisty has introduced a lot of protein skeptics into the category- Protein bloat sufferers and wellness warriors who are cautious about the calories and nasty additives are now protein soda cult followers. Yesterday, Feisty SOLD OUT in Selfridges again 😵💫 Within 4h of sampling, Peach and Ginger flavour was out of stock. Last Monday, I was so anxious to sample for the very first time. Was I a delusional founder who thought their product is the best thing since sliced bread? To see how excited customers are about the brand and the ‘protein soda’ concept. The incredible response to the refreshing taste and feedback such as ‘you’ve solved every woman’s post-workout dream.’ It’s a real high when you walk around Selfridge’s and see people shopping, sippin’ a Feisty. Yesterday, I was feeling feverish and running off Lemsip. When there’s a crowd around your cart and sodas are flyin’. I completely forgot how crap I felt. New deliveries coming Tuesday (I hope). 3 days of sampling in Selfridges and we’ve almost SOLD OUT. I’m scrambling to deliver the next batch of stock before the weekend crowd ahead! Feisty is selling like hot cakes, from the Selfridges security team to pilates girls. Hedge fund bros demand protein sodas in their office fridges Today, a customer reported, she saw 2 girls steal some 😵💫 People are clearly concerened about the nasty ingredients in protein shakes/ bars; and looking for a lighter refreshing alternative. The biggest problem (which is affecting 95% of people I’ve spoken to) the ‘protein bloat’. - which is where Feisty swoops in to save the GAINZ. Come down to Selfridges try some! While stocks last…

It’s been a month since Feisty has official launched! I’ve been firing out decks and hustling around with a big backpack full of sodas. I’ve realised the protein soda concept hits quite a diverse crowd. I even sold a case to my Uber driver the other day. He loved the idea of fizzy gainz. Feisty protein cocktail party. Because why not have a White Peach Aperol Spritz full of GAINS. The pub I hosted the party, is completely sold on the idea, and keeping the protein cocktails on the menu 😈 The pub regulars became intruiged and started buying some! Protein is no longer reserved for Mr Olympia. Fitness and nutrition is not black and white. There’s many of us ‘Weekend Warriors’ who love to hit it hard at the gym, and chug a cheeky pint. Getting a a large crowd of people together and gathering feedback was invaluable. Maybe protein cocktails will soon be in a pub/near near you…

I sat with Fiona Fitzpatrick last year to discuss how I can make a splash with Feisty on a ‘shoe string’ budget. The answer. Leverage my the hell out of my fashion background… With the BALENCIAGA x Erewhon collab going absolute viral. Now the iconic Brick Lane, Beigel Bake x Highsnobiety. Here was my chance to leverage my creative network to give Feisty a point of difference. How did I pull off a Nike scale shoot with next to zero budget? My talented boyfriend shot the campaign, my pals from the gym modelled (yep I scouted the muscly guy in the sauna). I contacted some old friends to style and do hair. The makeup artist even canceled a Vogue editorial to make this shoot happen… We even got an Afghan Hound!! It seems every celeb is starting a drink’s brand, from Kim Kardashian (Kimade) to Blake Lively (Betty Buzz). I'm still trying to figure out how to make a big enough splash against such major players?
