Castle Peak Group are undertaking some research to understand and address barriers to board diversity in third sector organisations, in particular UK adult healthcare charities. We would be grateful if you could share this with the CEO, Chair or anyone else in a senior leadership position in an adult healthcare charity who is involved in appointing the board. The survey is anonymous and aims to provide actionable insights for third sector organisations to create more inclusive board structures that align with their missions and values. PROPHET Profiling - Predictive Role Profiling for High-Performing Executive Teams is our psychometric method for executives and non-executives within successful organisations and is registered by The British Psychological Society. Within the scope of an Executive or Board Search Castle Peak Group are often asked to provide detailed profiling as a part of the process. This is not to aid selection but rather to provide a better insight into those candidates and to enhance the whole process. Prophet is our ‘go to’ as it is a genuine ‘C’ suite business focussed tool that offers powerful insights. Prophet is constructed in order to understand an individuals preferred approach to work, motivations and decision making. It is an extremely accurate test designed by a mathematician, validated by a psychologist and aimed at understanding an individuals strength and how to compliment an existing team. We also work with high performing Executives and Non-Executives who wish to utilise this tool to gain a greater understanding of themselves and yield maximum value in their roles and careers. Alix is a very well respected senior Human Resources Director who recently completed a profile report as part of her own self understanding and development and kindly gave us an endorsement.
