The Impact Health Partners team of six was delighted to complete the #Yorkshirethreepeakschallenge on Friday 20th September, raising £5,460 for the The Care Workers' Charity in the process. Please see the accompanying photo of the team looking windswept at the top of Inglestone! We are pleased to have released our interim 2024 results yesterday. The business continues to perform in line with our expectations. In the first half of the year, inflation-linked rent increases and stable yields drove a 2.9% increase in like-for-like investment property value. As a result, Net Asset Value grew by 2.5% to £490.2 million. Total accounting return for the period was 5.5%.
