Although it's getting close to the festive break, 🎅 our team of experts are still working hard and are available to answer queries and support requests. Even when things are getting distinctly festive, their minds are still on Business Surrey. 🎄 🤓 Here are a few of the team's Christmas trees, tastefully decorated with just the occasional branded item.... along with some shots of festive decorations from some Surrey locations the team have visited recently. Can you name the locations? 🗺️ Please share photos of your own local area's Christmas decorations - we'd love to fill our feed with festive photos from around Surrey (and if you'd like to share a pic of your own tree complete with branded merch, we're here for it!) “It was a great workshop and good to see that businesses are being supported.” 👍 “Thank you for the continuous support from Business Surrey. I’ve signed up for the newsletter to stay informed about future events and services.” ⚡ This is the kind of positive feedback our workshops and webinars generate from attendees. 😁 Earlier this month we held a growth-focused workshop, in partnership with Tandridge District Council, and Reigate & Banstead Borough Council, and hosted by Roya C. Attendees couldn't wait to get back to their businesses to start putting all they'd learned into practice and we were delighted with the positive feedback we received from attendees both on the day, and via the feedback forms later. If you're a business leader in Surrey, make sure you keep up-to-date with news of our free events by following us here on LinkedIn or signing up for our regular newsletter (link in comments). The latest Multiply Providers Network workshop took place earlier this week to review and celebrate the program’s progress so far, 👏 and look ahead to the final Quarter. The workshop was hosted by Surrey Adult Learning Principal, Francis Lawlor, and attended by representatives across the 15 Surrey Multiply training partners, plus representatives from the Department for Education’s (DfE) Multiply team. The workshop provided all those involved in delivering the Multiply program, the opportunity to review and share success stories and best practice, and learn from other organisation’s creative and flexible approaches to meeting learner needs. There was also opportunity to build or strengthen professional relationships in order to work creatively together in delivering Multiply. 👍 One of the outcomes of the meeting was an agreement by all to reconvene before the program ends in March 2026, 📅 to discuss ways to preserve and amplify the legacy of Multiply for the benefit of Surrey residents. 😊 Read more here: https://lnkd.in/eNs-FNS7 #Multiply #SkillsForLife #AdultLearning Surrey County Council, Department for Education, Activate Learning, Brooklands Technical College, East Surrey College, Luke Hardy, Functional Skills UK Ltd, Victoria Nash, Surrey Community Action, James Barratt, Surrey Care Trust, Cathy Leamon,m Kevin Delf, Surrey Lifelong Learning Partnership, Surrey Outdoor Learning and Development, Whitehead-Ross Education, Emma Stewart, Ian Carey, Prevista Ltd, Farooq Fazli, Surrey Choices,

Time is another, with many smaller businesses worried about the paperwork involved. But what if someone else fills in the forms and foots the training bill for you? Have you heard about the company that creates solar-powered mini pop-up car parks? Our latest Surrey Success Story features 3ti Energy Hubs, a #Leatherhead company which is a leader in the renewable energy, battery storage and EV charging sectors. 3ti stands for three technology infrastructure - meaning solar, batteries and EV charging. Since launching in 2019, its products have generated eight gigawatt-hours of solar power – saving customers £2 million in energy costs and avoiding carbon emissions equivalent to planting over 32,000 trees. The impact is also clear in the bottom line - with the company growing year on year and almost doubling its headcount in the last 12 months. 📰 Read the full story here - https://lnkd.in/ewJN4veA ❓ Do you need support with going green?
