Testing the new MimicMotion video model by Tencent. Here's what i've learned so far: • Running this is demanding; a 7-second movie took 20 minutes to render on an 80 GB VRAM machine. • The raw output is too blurry and needs a detailer, especially for faces, this is because it's built with SVD instead of SD1.5 I guess. • This model looks great with motion, but figuring out (after)detailing and adding frame interpolation will be key for great looking results. What I want to try next: -Develop a good workflow for full-body videos. -Increase the frame rate from 15 to 30. -Find a good detailer.
