📊 2024 UK Water Company Performance Survey Results – NWG (Northumbrian Water Group) takes the top spot, following a strong performance in innovation, procurement, and contractual approach, based on the annual survey conducted by British Water. Key findings from the survey include: 📌 Anglian Water Services made the most significant rise, moving from 8th place to joint 2nd with Scottish Water. 📌 Yorkshire Water saw the largest drop, falling from 3rd place in 2023 to 11th in 2024. 📌 Thames Water ranked 12th, due to lower scores in innovation, procurement, and the transition between regulatory asset management plan (AMP) periods. Our annual survey gathers feedback from contractors, consultants, and suppliers, to assess the performance of water companies across 12 areas, including professionalism, communication, and contractual approach. For the third consecutive year, innovation remains the lowest scoring area, with an average score of 6.3 out of 10, slightly down from last year’s 6.4. With ongoing calls for new approaches to address key industry challenges, innovation will continue to be an area of focus. 👉 Read more about the 2024 survey results here: https://lnkd.in/eVxWsfUA #WaterIndustry #Innovation #Procurement #Sustainability
