In over 22 years, Blackwood Capital Group has developed into a fully-fledged, FCA registered Corporate Finance and M&A advisory firm. Today, we are a leading, European-based go-to advisor in the tech-enabled Business Services sector with a focus on Human Capital Services globally. We operate from our London headquarters as well as from our office in Frankfurt, Germany. Our core competency is originating and executing cross-border M&A transactions on a global scale with a particular focus on the Human Capital Services vertical within the tech-enabled Business Services sector. In addition, we provide equity and debt private placement services, takeover and defence advisory, capital structure and debt advisory as well as general corporate finance advice including valuation and fairness opinions.
