I’m feeling really grateful for my time on the Atlantic Institute Governing Board. Being part of this group has been such a valuable experience, and I’ve learned so much about governance and leadership from everyone on the board. I want to give a special thank you to Elizabeth Kiss and Chris Oechsli, who are stepping off the board. They played a huge role in creating and establishing the Atlantic Institute within the Rhodes Trust, and their guidance and dedication have been inspiring. I’ve been so lucky to learn from them and to see how they lead with care and purpose. To the rest of the AIGB, thank you for your support and the lessons I’ve picked up along the way. "A challenging and complex journey of rapid response, experimentation and profound learning” is how Evie O'Brien describes her tenure as the Atlantic Institute Executive Director. When the Global Atlantic Fellows Annual Convening closes in Oxford, Evie will finally step down from the role to return to Aotearoa/New Zealand. But she says she will remain 100 percent in support of the Atlantic community from afar. #AtlanticFellows #AtlanticInstitute
