🚨How a Political Crisis Transformed Online Conversations When news of the assassination attempt on Donald Trump broke on July 13th, X became a battleground for intense political discourse. At Arwen, we used our AI to dive into the data. The findings? A dramatic shift in the tone of conversations among both Democrat and Republican supporters. As we gear up for the rest of the F1 season, it’s a good time to reflect on our incredible journey with Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team AMG F1 over the past three seasons. 🏎️ Since our journey began with Mercedes-AMG F1, we’ve witnessed something remarkable: 🔷11.3% increase in average engagement across Meta platforms 🔷 70% reduction in toxicity levels on social channels 🔷 29.3% of Mercedes F1 fans re-engaged and enjoying the content more These are more than just numbers—they represent a stronger, more vibrant community of connected and engaged fans like never before. And that’s exactly why we do what we do at Arwen. As we gear up for the next races, we’re excited to continue supporting Mercedes AMG F1 on and off the track!

Owen Ansah, Germany's fastest sprinter, had unfortunately faced racism despite his incredible talent and dedication. Recognizing the negative impact of such toxicity, the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB) has taken a strong stand to ensure athletes can compete without facing social abuse or online harassment. Arwen has partnered with DOSB to moderate all German Olympic players' social media comments. As Owen prepares to race on August 3rd at the Paris Olympics, we at Arwen wish him the best of luck, and we will make sure that he doesn't have to face racism online. Athletes should be able to share their Olympic journeys and experiences without fear of abuse, hate or trolling. Social media should help people come together to enjoy and celebrate the amazing performances we’re about to see. It should focus on sharing positive vibes instead of spreading hate and toxicity. Let’s all do our part to keep the conversations clean and respectful. If you see toxic comments, report them. Let’s make the Paris Olympics the most positive and inclusive one yet.
